The Origin Story

From Spreadsheets to SaaS

In 2016, I saw a $300B problem in hospitality: group bookings represented 40% of hotel revenue, but hotels were managing them with spreadsheets and email.

I co-founded IDEM Hospitality to fix it. We built a B2B SaaS platform that digitized the entire group accommodation workflow. We replaced manual rooming lists with self-service booking websites, real-time dashboards, and automated revenue optimization.
